ZID Ads Reviews – Are They Keeping These Secrets From You?

ZID AdsThere’s been a lot of talk about a fairly new company called ZID Ads so I decided to take a detailed look at them.

I am sure like myself, you would also like to find out more about this company before deciding to invest in them. Even more so with a company like ZID Ads, which runs it business entirely on the web.

To help you guys, I have done some research and prepared this ZID Ads Review. I have divided this into company profile, products, compensation plan and finally my thoughts.

What Exactly Is ZID Ads?

To start off, the website does not have any information regarding the owner or the management team.

I am not surprised to see this!

The domain of this company was registered on November 2016 and due to expire on November 2017. I’m not sure if they will extend their registration or close in a year.

Only time can tell.

From their web traffic, I found that the site is gaining popularity in Asian countries. A lot of the web traffic comes from India (17%), Iran (14%), Pakistan (10%), and Vietnam (10%).

On social media, the official groups are managed by Ryan Walker. However, the profile seems to be fake.

For me, this raises a lot of red flags!

Now let’s check out the products they offer.

Products ZID Ads Offers 

As like most of these sites, ZID Ads does not have any physical or digital products to sell. However, when you join ZID Ads, you can ad-packs which grants you ad credits to advertise on the site.

The ZID Ads Compensation Plan

Anyone can join ZID Ads for free. However, you can only create one account per user.

Free members can earn by viewing paid to click (PTC) ads. These PTC ads are subject to availability and advertiser-dependent.

But if you want to earn big, you must invest in their AD Packs. They have multiple Ad Packs investment plans with different ROI Commissions.

Check below for details:

  • AD Pack 1 – Invest $5 and receive $6 after 10 days (Must reinvest 50%)
  • AD Pack 2 – Invest $10 and receive $15 after 20 days (Must reinvest 50%)
  • VIP AD Pack 1 – Invest $5 and receive $6 after 8 days (Must reinvest 40%)
  • VIP AD Pack 2 – Invest $10 and receive $15 after 16 days (Must reinvest 40%)

Paid and free, both types of members can earn recruitment commissions for direct referral purchases. These recruitment commissions are paid out through a unilevel compensation structure.

Check below for more details on how the unilevel structure works:

  • You at top
  • Level 1:  Personally enrolled members
  • Level 2:  Level 1’s personally enrolled members
  • Level 3:  Level 2’s personally enrolled members

And so on…

You can have unlimited people in your downline, from both your direct sponsored members and your downline members enrolled affiliates.

However, they pay you three tiers in total which looks like this:

  • Level 1 (Personally enrolled members) – 5%
  • Level 2 – 3%
  • Level 3 – 1%

You can start withdrawing when you have $2 on your account to a maximum of $200 per day.

Final Thoughts On ZID Ads

Is this one more of those companies that just want to cash-in on the PTC advertisement popularity? For me, the answer is yes.

Here’s why I think so.

First of all, they do not have any information about the owners or the management team of the company. They also did not mention how they will invest your money and provide you with promised ROI. It seems like they will just use the earnings from the new package sales to pay off existing members.

Does that make it a Ponzi scheme? yes it does.

Now let’s say you have managed to earn some money. It is stipulated that you have to reinvest up to 50% of your earning straightaway. Now what is left of your income, you can only withdraw a maximum of $200 per day.

Therefore, it is safe to say you would have to wait at least 6 months before seeing any substantial growth in your earnings. This is only if they attract a lot of advertisers, if they fail to attract many advertisers then the future is uncertain.

Only time will tell if this company is here to stay, looking at its current situation I would not invest a dime in them. However, the rest is up to you.

Zennoa Reviews – Is Zennoa A Scam Or A Legitimate Opportunity?

ZennoaI have been hearing a lot about this new company called “Zennoa” from different sources. So, I decided to research more about them.

I am sure like myself, you also want to learn more about this company.

To help you guys, I have done some research and prepared this Zennoa Review. I have divided this into company profile, products, compensation plan and finally my thoughts.

Let’s check out what I found in details.

What Exactly Is Zennoa?

Zennoa is managed by John Wadsworth (CEO), Kim Asay (Chairman), Joseph Wadsworth (President), Brad Reese (CSO), David Kasteler (CMO), and Brandon Lloyd (CFO). The company is based in Utah, USA. They have targeted their MLM business around the nutritional supplements market.

Most of the management team is a veteran in the MLM business and have previously worked together in Morinda. Looks like a good team to me.

Their web domain was registered in 2008 and most probably repurposed for the business. It is set to expire in 2018.

As you can imagine for a USA based company, most of their web traffic comes from the North American countries.

This company is showing good signs so far. Now Let’s check out their products.

Products Zennoa Offers 

Zennoa’s main product is their nutritional supplement called Zennoa Core Care. This is an Omega Blend, that is a targeted full-spectrum blend of Omega fatty acids designed to give your cells the nourishment they need to properly support your body. The ingredients include Himalayan Sea Buckthorn Berry, Norwegian Cod Oil, Cranberry and Pomegranate seed oils.

Now let’s look at their compensation plan.

The Zennoa Compensation Plan

To join Zennoa as an affiliate member, you have to buy any of the 2 available core care packs. After you have joined, you must maintain at least 150 PV (Personal Volume) per month to qualify for commissions.

Check below for the affiliate ranks and their qualifications:

  • Zen 1 – Downline generating at least 500 GV a month (no more than 70% from any one unilevel leg)
  • Zen 2 – Downline generating at least 1000 GV a month (no more than 70% from any one unilevel leg)
  • Zen 3 – Downline generating at least 2000 GV a month (no more than 70% from any one unilevel leg)
  • Zen 4 – Downline generating at least 5000 GV a month (no more than 65% from any one unilevel leg)
  • Zen 5 – Downline generating at least 10,000 GV a month (no more than 65% from any one unilevel leg)
  • Zen 6 – Downline generating at least 20,000 GV a month (no more than 65% from any one unilevel leg)
  • Zen 7 – Downline generating at least 50,000 GV a month (no more than 60% from any one unilevel leg)
  • Zen 8 – Downline generating at least 100,000 GV a month (no more than 60% from any one unilevel leg)
  • Zen 9 – Downline generating at least 200,000 GV a month (no more than 60% from any one unilevel leg)
  • Zen 10 – Downline generating at least 500,000 GV a month (no more than 55% from any one unilevel leg)
  • Zen 11 – Downline generating at least 1,000,000 GV a month (no more than 55% from any one unilevel leg)
  • Zen 12 – Downline generating at least 2,000,000 GV a month (no more than 55% from any one unilevel leg)

Here, “GV” stands for, “Group Volume” which is personal volume generated in your downline.

When you sell products, you will get $10 commission for every bottle of Core Care that you sell to retail customers.

When you personally enroll new members, you are entitled to receive residual commissions which are paid through a unilevel compensation structure.

Unilevel plan is capped at 5 levels and you get $12.50 every time a success pack is purchased by your sponsored members.

Check below for the commission rates as per the affiliate ranks:

  • Zen 1 – 3% on level 1 and 4% on level 2
  • Zen 2 – 3% on level 1 and 4% on levels 2 and 3
  • Zen 3 – 3% on level 1 and 4% on levels 2 to 4
  • Zen 4 – 3% on level 1 and 4% on levels 2 to 5
  • Zen 5 – 3% on level 1 and 4% on levels 2 to 6
  • Zen 6 – 3% on level 1 and 4% on levels 2 to 7
  • Zen 7 – 3% on level 1 and 4% on levels 2 to 8
  • Zen 8 – 3% on level 1, 4% on levels 2 to 8 and 3% on level 9
  • Zen 9 and above – 3% on level 1, 4% on levels 2 to 8, 3% on level 9 and 2% on level 10

Apart from these basic commissions, they also have Mentor bonus payout, global leadership pool, pipeline sales bonus, power wave bonus, etc. These structures are in place so that you are never out of commissions when you do have an excellent sales team behind you.

My Final Thoughts About Zennoa

As I started researched Zennoa I noticed that it had everything a legit business would have. They have a competent management team with a product you can actually sell. They also have a versatile compensation plan to help their affiliate members and customers.

However, if you do not believe in the product and have good marketing skills, it will be difficult for you to succeed with this program.

Overall, it seems to be a very trustworthy company to invest your money in.

However, the choice is ultimately yours to make.

Glow Funds Reviews – Is It A Ponzi Scheme Or A Legitimate Opportunity?

I am sure like myself, you also get excited seeing new MLM ventures and would like to learn more about them. Even more so with a new company like Glow Funds, whose entire operation is online.

To help you guys, I have done some research and prepared this Glow Funds Review. I have divided this into different sections for better navigation.

Let’s check what Ads Residual is all about!

What Is Glow Funds All About? 

Glow Funds does not reveal any information about its owners or management team.

I am not surprised to learn this!

While researching its registration information, I found that it is a newly established company, established just on November 2016. The domain is also registered for just a year.

No surprise here either! It seems like everything is going south.

This company is particularly popular in Pakistan as over 46% of its web traffic comes from there. Other Asian countries such as India, Afghanistan and Myanmar also contributes to its web traffic significantly.

That is all I could find about the company. Let’s check out their products.

Products Glow Funds Offers

Glow Funds does not have any physical or digital products for sale. Members can only promote and sell their affiliate membership. This is not a good sign!

The Glow Funds Compensation Plan

After becoming a member, you have to gift each other bitcoins in a 2×6 matrix to participate in their compensation plan.

Here you will be placed at the top of a matrix that has 2 positions under it. These first 2 positions make up the first level of the matrix and the second level is made by adding another 2 positions under the first 2, for a total of 4 positions. In the Same way, the third to the sixth level of the matrix will be made. The complete 2×6 matrix holds 126 positions.

For every level of the matrix, you have to gift bitcoin to unlock upline and participate.

  • Level 1 – Gift 0.03 BTC to the affiliate who recruited you and receive 0.03 BTC from 2 subsequently recruited affiliates
  • Level 2 – Gift 0.05 BTC to your second upline and receive 0.05 BTC from 4 affiliates
  • Level 3 – Gift 0.1 BTC to your third upline and receive 0.1 BTC from 8 affiliates
  • Level 4 – Gift 0.2 BTC to your fourth upline and receive 0.2 BTC from 16 affiliates
  • Level 5 – Gift 1 BTC to your fifth upline and receive 1 BTC from 32 affiliates
  • Level 6 – Gift 2 BTC to your fifth upline and receive 2 TC from 64 affiliates

Like this, the second up-line is created by the affiliate who sponsored you.

The third up-line is the affiliate who sponsored your second up-line, and it goes on and on.

These gifts/payments recur monthly. This means that you have to begin from the start every month.

 My Final Words About Glow Funds

Glow Funds does not wish to reveal the people behind the business. This could only mean one thing, that they don’t want to be found or chased if the venture goes down. You may very well be left in the water after a couple of months with all your investment gone.

Also, they do not have any real investment plan to generate revenue. This raises the question of how they are going to pay your ROI.

There’s no answer to this question.

Finally, the success of the investment solely depends on the popularity of the company. When the new recruitment slows down, so will be your income.

Personally, I do not recommend anyone to invest with them. However, the ultimate decision is yours.

Ad Pack Pro Reviews – Don’t Join Ad Pack Pro Until You Read This Review

Ad Pack ProI recently found out about this new company “Ad Pack Pro” from one of my social media friends. So, I decided to do some research to find out as much as I can about them.

I am sure like myself, many of you would also like to know more about this new company. Even more so if you are looking to invest with them.

To help you guys, I have spent some time, done some research and prepared this Ad Pack Pro Review. I have divided this into company profile, products, compensation plan and finally my thoughts.

Let’s check what I have uncovered!

What Is Ad Pack Pro?

The company website is a fairly standard one with a lot of details. Ad Pack Pro lists Peter Müller as a member of the Board of Directors & also the CEO of the company. They have also mentioned Peter Worz as the President of the Board of Directors. The company domain was registered on October 2015 and will expire on October 2017.

The site has only two language options, English and German which led me to believe that the target audience is the German and English speaking communities. It receives more than 64.2% web traffic from Germany alone. Their second and third biggest traffic comes from Austria 11.4% and Switzerland 8.8%. Other notable traffic comes from Spain 3.9% and Thailand 2.7%.

Ad Pack Pro does not have any physical or digital products that you can buy or sell. However, you can promote their membership after you become their affiliate member.

This is a very common scenario for companies like this one.

The Ad Pack Compensation Plan

You can join Ad Pack Pro for free. However, to earn commission from them you have to invest at least €25 in Ad Packs for a ROI of €30.

The different Ad Packs that are available for the affiliates are detailed below along with their buy limit:

  • Affiliate (no cost) – Invest in up to ten ad packs
  • Basic (€39 EUR) – Invest in up to 50 ad packs
  • Pro (€69 EUR) – Invest in up to 100 ad packs
  • Premium (€99 EUR) – Invest in up to 250 ad packs
  • Exclusive (€199 EUR) – Invest in up to 500 ad packs
  • VIP (€699 EUR) – Invest in up to 2000 ad packs
  • Hero (€999 EUR) – Invest in up to 3000 ad packs

You can also earn daily ROI if you click on 10 Ads that belong to other affiliate members.

There is also an option for residual commission for the members which is paid through an unilevel structure. They go up to 3 levels deep.

  • Affiliate – 11% on level 1 (Personally enrolled affiliates)
  • Basic or any other paid Ad Pack Pro paid membership – 11% on level 1 and 7% on level 2

If that is not enough, you can also qualify for the Inner Circle bonus if you meet the criteria below:

  • Invest in 100 ad packs and
  • Recruit at least ten affiliates who each invest in at least ten ad packs, earn a share in a 5% weekly bonus pool.

However, this is only applicable for the first 50 affiliate members.

My Final Verdict On Ad Pack Pro

Things started to go south for me from the moment that I didn’t find any clear earning source to dish out that promised ROI to their members. This can simply be another Ponzi scheme.

In a worst-case scenario, they can simply take your money and close their business. You would never be able to find out if they have started a new company the next day and invited you to invest again.

Scary, right?

Also, the amount of money required to join is a big deterrent for me. If I ever invest in a company like this, I want it to be as small as possible.

Due to of all the negative points about this company I would never invest a single penny with them.

However, the Rest is up to you.

The 7K Metals Compensation Plan

Once you become a member of 7K Metals, you will get paid when you sponsor new members. When you have sponsored new members, you will become eligible for commissions through their binary compensation plan.

The two legs of your binary plan can be filled by both direct and indirect sponsored members.

They use points for each sale to calculate sales volume.

The setup is shown below:

  • Affiliate signs up for $250 or pays their $250 annual fee (100 points)
  • Existing affiliate pays for coins via monthly auto-ship (25 points per coin ordered) or
  • Personally recruited affiliate purchases a coin from 7K Metals (points generated depends on how much is spent)

You will be paid on the sales volume of your lesser leg each week. When you have at least 500 points matched on both legs, you will earn $1000 per week. All the leftover points on the greater leg are carried forward to the next week.

However, to be qualified for the commissions you have to have to meet the following criteria below.

  • Generate at least 25 points every 30 days
  • Recruit at least two affiliates (one on either side of the binary team) who each have generated at least 25 points over the last 30 days

My Final Words About 7K Metals

To begin with, 7K Metals have a great management team. They certainly know the business and seems dependable.

However, to buy anything from them you must first become an affiliate member. This greatly hampers the retail sale of the products.

Looks like they focus more on the membership than their actual products.

Their products are legit and have value as precious metal, but one has to be careful to compare prices on the international market before buying from them. If the prices are right it can surely be a good investment.

However, it all depends on whether you want to invest in precious metals or not.
