What Is Instant Revshare? 

Instant Revshare does not share any information about their owner or management team. On top of this, their office address is given as a PO box.

The web domain of this company was registered in December 2016 and set to expire in December 2017.

For such a new company, they have a healthy web traffic. The countries with significant web traffics are the USA (34%), Canada (11%), Germany (9.5%), and Grece (5%).

It seems like they have done their marketing right.

That is all about the company. Let’s check out their products.

Products Offered By Instant Revshare 

Instant Revshare does not have any physical or digital products or services.

However, when you become a member, you can sell and promote their membership on the site using ad credits.

The Instant Revshare Compensation Plan

To join their compensation plan you first have to invest $10 with $15 ROI. Those who join for free, will not be able to withdraw their profits without being a paid member. That’s a bummer if you ask me.

However, you can earn referral commissions when you sponsor new members. This is paid out in a unilevel structure for up to 3 levels As shown below:

  • Level 1 – Your personally sponsored members
  • Level 2 – Level 1’s personally sponsored members
  • Level 3 – Level 2’spersonally sponsored members

And the commission rate is below:

  • Level 1 – 10%
  • Level 2 – 3%
  • Level 3 – 2%

Point to be noted here is that the company is still in pre-launch stage. So, expect some changes when this goes live for all.

Final Thoughts On Instant Revshare

Instant Revshare is the newest venture on the MLM scene. However, they do not have any products or new investment plans. They are in a soft launch stage, so chances are they might introduce new offers and services.

They do not disclose the real owners for the time being. This is not a good sign and I don’t expect any change in this status. This is bad news for investors because they can simply take your hard-earned money and vanish without a trace.

I do not recommend any company with so many red flags. If you really wish to join them, please do so after they have fully launched their business.

The rest is up to you.

It can be difficult to know which ones are legit and which ones aren’t, with so many new MLM companies popping up almost daily.

A great way to make sure you are joining the right company is by learning as much as you can about it before signing up.

Reading reviews is one of the many ways you can do this, so welcome to my review!

My review will cover the company, products and the compensation plan.

So, let’s dive in!

What Is Hits Monkey?

This company like many before it, does not disclose any information about the owner or the team. In my opinion, this is a dangerous trend as people may lose interest in the real opportunities.

Their web domain was registered in November 2016 and set to expire in November 2018. The registration period usually denotes the operating period of the company. So, it’s either they got a good deal on the domain registration or they really intend to stay in the business for a long time.

For such a new company, they receive good web traffic from all corners of the globe. Some countries with significant traffic contributions are the USA, UK, India, Canada and Italy.

That is all about the company. Now let’s check out their products.

Products Hits Monkey Offers

Well as you may have guessed, they do not provide any physical or digital retail products. However, they provide advertising and web traffic services for their member’s and advertisers.

The Hits Monkey Compensation Plan

Hits Monkey can be joined for free. However, a free member will not be able to withdraw any of his earnings.

To get access to their full compensation plan, you have to gift $25 in BitCoins to other members and become a pro member.

Hits Monkey requires their members to gift money to other members in their compensation plan which follows a unilevel structure.

Here you will be put on top and your sponsored members are put in level 1. In the same way, those on your level 1 – their sponsored members are put on level 2 and their sponsored members are put on level 3. You will be entitled to earn commissions up to level 6.

The gift amount is calculated in USD and gifted as BTC. Details are shown below:

  • $8 in BTC from your personally sponsored members (level 1)
  • $10 in BTC from your level 4 members
  • $5 in BTC from your level 5 members
  • $2 in BTC from your level 6 members

When you join Hits Monkey and want to become a pro member, you have to donate or gift to other members in the below order:

  • Gift about $8 in BTC to the affiliate who recruited you
  • Gift about $10 in BTC to your fourth upline
  • Gift about $5 in BTC to your fifth upline
  • Gift about $2 in BTC to your sixth upline

If you miss out on paying any of your upline gifts, you will also miss out from the commission from your personally sponsored members. It will be passed on to the next member on your upline.

Final Thoughts About Hits Monkey 

Hits Monkey doesn’t reveal the owner or those who are behind this company.

This is not a good sign for any online company. Companies need to be transparent regarding your background, products and compensation plans.

Even though they have a solid compensation plan on paper, they are basically asking new members to pay the old members, which makes this a bad MLM Ponzi scheme.

You can make money if this company stays popular, but if its popularity and recruitment slows down, you will start to lose money.

If you are planning to invest in this company, be very cautious.

I’ve recently been hearing a lot about this new company Edelweiss5, so I decided to do some research to find out as much as I could about it.

If you want to make sure you’re joining the right company, a great way to do that is by learning as much as you can about it. Reading reviews is one way you can do this, so welcome to my Edelweiss5 review!

For your convenience, I have spent a lot of time researching and prepared this Edelweiss5 Review just for you. I have divided the information into company profile, products, compensation plan and finally my thoughts.

Now, let’s check out what I’ve found!

What Is Edelweiss5?

Like most of these online MLM companies, they do not share any information regarding the people behind the company. I find this disappointing as it raises questions about their legitimacy right away.

It does have a company registration document available on the site which says that the company was registered in Germany and Dietrich Hildebrand is their only director. However, no additional information could be found about him on social media or the internet.

As for the website, they make money by selling and maintaining renewable energy products like wind turbines.

The web domain was registered in April 2016 and set to expire in 2026. This is a positive sign!

They receive most of their web traffic from European countries such as Italy, Turkey, Germany and Czech Republic. Other than these I see notable web traffic coming from Japan.

That is all about the company. Now Let’s check out their products.

Products Edelweiss5 Offers 

They do not have any physical or digital products for sale or rent. However, you can promote or sell their membership once you become an affiliate.

The Edelweiss5 Compensation Plan

You can join Edelweiss5 for $50 for a ROI of 0.5% to 3% daily for 365 days.

They have an investor partnership program for their members with the following benefits:

  • 1-Level provides 5% of the deposit made by your referral the first level.
  • 2-Level provides 2% of the deposit made by your referral the second level.

They also have a representative partner program for their affiliate members.

They have the following benefits:

  • 1-Level provides 7% of the deposit made by your referral the first level;
  • 2-Level provides 3% of the deposit made by your referral the second level;

To become a representative partner, you need to meet the following criteria:

  • Personal active deposits of total sum of $1000;
  • Knowledge of activities of the company;
  • Ability to explain and teach new investors how to cooperate with the company and how to earn money in the company, if it’s needed.

Depending on your sponsored members and their sponsored members’ total investment figures, you can also earn bonus commissions from Edelweiss5. Though exact details are not available, you can receive up to a 2016 model Mercedes Benz sedan car if you meet the criteria set by them.

Final Thoughts About Edelweiss5 

Edelweiss5 does not reveal the main persons behind it except the fact that it is a German registered company.

Hiding the owners of the company is a big red flag.

Furthermore, they say that they are investing in the renewable energy sector but no project details are provided. Therefore, it is not possible to verify if their claims are legit or not.

Any investment without products is risky it’s even more so with a company that doesn’t give much information about it’s owner. Therefore, I do not recommend investing in this company. They may very well take your money and run away with it.

If you decide to invest in them do so at your own risk.

Right Rise Reviews – Don’t Join Right Rise LTD Before Reading This Review

Right RiseThere is a new company on the MLM scene called Right Rise LTD, I decided to do some research to see what this company has to offer.

I am sure like myself, you would also like to know all you can before investing with any company, especially a company that runs it business on the web.

For your convenience, I have spent a fair amount of time researching and prepared this Right Rise Review. I have divided this into company profile, products, compensation plan and finally my thoughts.

Let’s check out what I’ve found.

What Is Right Rise LTD?

Right Rise LTD does not disclose any information about their owner or management team. However, upon further investigation about their UK company registration, I found that the company lists Ronald Allison as their sole Director. He has also appeared in the web domain registration details which establishes the fact that he is the main person behind the venture.

I have also searched for him on social media but couldn’t find any information. This to me means that this could possibly be a made-up name.

The web domain was registered in 2014 and repurposed for the business in January 2016. It is set to expire in 2021.

Right Rise LTD draws most of their web traffic from Japan. Apart from Japan, they receive web traffic from Germany, Italy, Russia and Spain.

That is all about the company. Let’s check out their products.

Products Offered By Right Rise LTD 

Right Rise LTD does not offer any physical or digital retail products for sale.

If you join them as an affiliate, you can only market and sell their membership.

The Right Rise LTD Compensation Plan

All those who want to get compensated have to invest $30 to earn up to 3% ROI each day.

Members can also earn referral commissions for sponsoring new members. This is paid out through unilevel structure.

In this unilevel structure, you are put on top and your personally sponsored members are put in level 1. Your level 1 members personally sponsored members are put in level 2. This way you are eligible to earn commissions up to level 6 of your unilevel team.

  • Level 1 (Personally sponsored members) – 10%
  • Level 2 – 5%
  • Level 3 – 2%
  • Levels 4 to 6 – 1%

You can also gain a representative status if you meet the bellow criteria:

  • Invest at least $1500 (new money)
  • Personally recruit at least ten affiliates
  • Earn at least $1000 in referral commissions
  • Re-invest at least $900 (ROI money)
  • Record at least 10,000 clicks on your Right Rise affiliate link

When you qualify as a representative, your referral commission rate is increased to 25% on level 1.

Final Thoughts About Right Rise LTD 

Right Rise LTD does not disclose much information, the little information they do disclose is very vague. They did not share any direct information about the owner. Also, both the office address and the director’s name seems to be made up.

They have a UK company registration alright, but it has the same person as both director and secretary. Their total capital is mentioned as GBP 1.

They also do not have any real products or assets to make money from and pay ROI for their members. I could not find any real evidence that they are responsible for collecting speeding fines on behalf of UK police. However, they explicitly mentioned this as their number one source of income.

Overall nothing about them seems to add up. Therefore, I do not recommend investing in them.

However, the choice is yours to make.

Every now and then we hear about the new MLM companies being sprung up. Among the pool of new companies, the only way to find reliable ones is by reading their reviews and learning as much as possible before investing your time and money.

For your convenience, I have spent a fair amount of time researching and prepared this Nspire Network Review. I have divided this into company profile, products, compensation plan and finally my thoughts.

So let’s dig in!

What Is Nspire Network LLC?

Nspire Network LLC was founded by JJ Javier (CEO), Spencer W. Iverson (COO), and Joel Medina (VP – Business Developmyhent). They are all successful business persons with moderate network marketing experience.

The domain of the company was registered in November 2016 and set to expire in November 2022. This is good news, it means they are here to stay.

For such a new company, they already managed to capture the worldwide interest. They have site visitors from the USA, Nigeria, India, Pakistan and South Africa etc. They have their marketing strategy spot on.

That is all about the company. Let’s check out their products.

Products Offered By Nspire Network LLC 

Nspire Network LLC has an assortment of nutritional products and female hygiene products.

  • Cherish Sanitary Napkins – “includes negative ion technology which has been proven to balance PH and hormone levels, helps protect against germs and bacteria, helps to reduce inflammation, fights against vaginal irritations and infections and reduces unwanted odour” ($6.40 for a pack of 8 pads)
  • Empower Testosterone Booster Plus – “has all the critical nutrients needed to boost testosterone levels for any man” ($79.99 for a bottle of 120 capsules)
  • Max Life Prostate Care Plus – “the best natural solution for men suffering from BPH and Prostatitis” ($79.99 for
  • Total Recall Memory Booster – “contains 5 of the best known mental enhancers to brighten brain function and restore brain power” ($79.99 for a bottle of 60 capsules)
  • Taboo For Him – a “male sexual enhancement based on the same natural composition of the chemicals used in Viagra and Cialis” (retail pricing not provided)
  • Sweetest For Her – “doctor formulated and gynaecologist approved to help women get back on track with their sexual health” (retail pricing not provided)

The Nspire Network LLC Compensation Plan

Nspire Network LLC is still in its pre-launch phase. Therefore, there is no official detailed information on their compensation plan. However, we have combined all the information available on the website for this review.

There are 4 affiliate ranks for their affiliate members:

  • Star – 500 GV a month
  • Diamond – no qualification criteria provided
  • Ambassador – 50,000 GV a month
  • Legend – 3,000,000 GV a month

GV (Group Volume) is sales volume that is generated by an affiliate’s downline.

However, to qualify for commissions, you must generate 25 to 100 PV (personal volume) a month, which is based on your affiliate rank.

If you are wondering 25 PV equals about $28 in product sales.

You can earn about 40% commission on product sales, which includes auto ship orders by your sponsored customers.

When you sponsor a new member, you can earn recruitment commissions from Nspire Network.

  • Recruiting a Builder Package affiliate ($99) pays a $25 commission
  • Recruiting a $299 Package affiliate pays a $75 commission
  • Recruiting a $499 Package affiliate pays a $125 commission

They also have binary and unilevel residual commissions for their members.

Your binary team positions are filled through both direct and indirect sponsored affiliates.

Sales volume is tracked weekly on both sides of the binary team.

Nspire Network LLC affiliates earn between 10% and 24% of volume generated on the weaker side of their binary team.

This percentage is decided based on the affiliate rank held.

Every day, the binary sales paid volume is matched and flushed from both sides, and the leftover volume is kept on the stronger binary side.

Unilevel residual commissions are earned on purchases by your sponsored members and referred customers. However, you will receive the commission from their second purchases.

Unilevel commissions are earned as a 10% to 25% of sales volume that is generated by a unilevel team.

Apart from these, they also have matching point bonus and global bonus points pool to share more commissions to qualified members.

Final Thoughts On Nspire Network LLC

The promising thing about the company is that they have physical products that you can sell. They also have a solid management team to back them up.

Now the success really depends on the product. If you test the product and find them to be working, then you can confidently market it to new customers. If it does not work, then you can only move a few products. If you do manage to move a substantial amount of products, then Nspire Network has a good compensation plan to back you up.

For now, It’s only pre-launch time. This will certainly improve upon launch.

Now, it is up to your confidence level and your marketing skills to help you to reach your goal with Nspire Network LLC. If you are not good at marketing and generating sales, this may not be the right opportunity for you.
