Jaws drop as many say Ilearning Global has taken a major turn and changes its compensation plan from the network marketing structure to a regular personal sales commission structure. This means that there would no longer be any way of leveraging this business opportunity to earn a substantial residual income, and the worst part of the matter is that some of the top producers within I learning global who were earning a great income with the compay say that they have had their incomes decrease.

This MLM crisis has left people who were considering joining scrambling and figuring out what to do as the network marketing side to the company comes to a complete stop. This is probably one of the worst things that can happen to any network marketer in any home business, and another fact to consider is that the people who were part of this company that worked hard to build their businesses the traditional way of network marketing without using the Internet and building a list feel that they have completely lost everything instantly. Now some of the leaders are getting into GPT cash flow programs because the compensation plans are much more stable and lucrative.

My personal conclusion on this matter is, if you are a former Ilearning Global rep don’t let this situation defeat you, situations that present themselves such as this one is what separates the losers from the winners in MLM. Being a winner in MLM is not about how many mistakes and how many times you fall, but rather how many times you get back up and continue to move forward even in the midst of hardship, learning from your mistakes and continuing to build businesses in a more sustainable way.
